Christine Kjellson, LICSW

Having graduated from Simmons School of Social Work in 1991, Chris has 30+ years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker. She has worked at the Department of Developmental Services, most recently as the Clinical Director of a Metro Region area office. Prior to that she was the Coordinator of Intake & Eligibility for the Metro Region, and also worked at a DDS Skilled Nursing Facility. She worked for almost 15 years with elders, aging and dementia issues, and end of life planning. She spent the first part of her career working with individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness.

Tommy Stoddard, PsyD

Tommy Stoddard, PsyD, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Health Care Provider with over 40 years of experience in the field of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. Over the course of his career, Tommy has worked as Director of Psychology and as Clinical Director in both large residential facilities and for clusters of community homes. He has extensive training in Applied Behavioral Analyses, Diagnostics and Psychometrics (the measurement of intelligence and other psychological qualities). He has served on and chaired Human Rights committees (both State & Private) and has a particular interest in working with Individuals who are multiply diagnosed (with both developmental disabilities and major mental illness). Most recently, until retiring from the Department of Developmental Services in August of 2020, Tommy determined the eligibility of individuals for DDS. Central to his work are the principles of Individual Service Planning (everyone is unique and deserves/requires an individualized plan) and Multidisciplinary Service Delivery (where teams work together to optimize treatment; inclusive of family, friends, community members, teachers, clinicians and of course, the individuals themselves).
